SR
One of the best reinforcement tnt for leather goods and footwear due to its characteristics that make it crease-resistant and with perfect dimensional stability.
Suitable for leather, fabric, satin or other material, prevents this from creating creases, wrinkles, orange peel effects while maintaining perfect dimensional stability with changes in temperature and humidity.
Available in white-beige-black colors in thicknesses 0.5/0.7/0.9/1.2/1.5/2.0 mm.
Custom sizes and colors can be developed as well as even inserting logos and trademarks at the customer's request.
NR
Nonwoven fabric widely used to reinforce and support certain points within the upper.
Available in thicknesses 2/10 - 3/10 - 4/10 and 6/10 in black and white.
NR can be fleshed out to provide uniform reinforcement thickness within the upper.
EV
Needlepunched nonwoven fabric available in different color shades, stand out for consistent quality, thickness and color.
Mainly used for reinforcements and fillers in the leather goods and belt industry.
EV is also used in the footwear industry as an insole cover and for the inner lining of shoes and reinforcement in walking and working shoes.
HR
Nonwoven tear-resistant fabric. A tear-resistant nylon weft is inserted inside the polyester fibers.
This reinforcement is used in the fragile points of footwear (such as laths, under eyelets) and leather goods (handles and shoulder straps) ensuring maximum resistance to tearing and tension.
It can also be thinned and fleshed like regular TNT to provide an even reinforcement thickness within the upper.
SRV
TNT line dedicated to cutting machines for leathers, fabrics and synthetics.
This product is specially designed to ensure a high airflow through the TNT to keep the material laid out on the surface well adhered to it (essential to ensure the quality of the cut)
SRV 30 is frosted on both sides and available in rolls in h. 1500 - 1750 - 2050 mm in anthracite color.

TP
TP is a soft, highly resilient film toe material that incorporates two layers of nonwoven backing.
It is made with an extruded film core of ethylene copolymer sandwiched between two layers of perforated nonwoven fabric and can be coated on one side with an EVA-based hot melt adhesive or PU adhesive.
Usually employed for toe-puffs and as support reinforcement in leather goods.
Available in white and black colors and thicknesses: 0.3 - 0.5 - 0.7 - 0.9 mm
RV 262
FILM High-quality hot melt adhesive designed for the production of
heat-sealable laminated materials.
RV 262 is designed to be activated
at the temperature range of 80°-160° under compression by
heated roller or hot rolling press.
